  • Before School Care

    Before School Care is available for grades PK-8. Drop-off is from 7:00-7:15 a.m. at the lower gymnasium door. There is a $3.00 per day fee for Before School Care billed monthly in Blackbaud Tuition Management.
  • After School Care

    • Dismissal to 6:00 p.m.
    • After school care is available for grades LW-8.
    • $6.10 per hour per child billed to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account monthly
    • Snack provided in classroom (students need to bring a water bottle) 
    • Homework time in a classroom
    • Outside play

  • Pick-up Procedures

    Four parking signs are located in the parking lot in front of Haygood Gymnasium. Please park and text the ASC phone number (901.825.0588) with your child's name, grade, and make of car. You may enter through the Haygood Gymnasium entrance, down the stairs, and to the right to the ASC desk to sign your student out for the day.

    Each week an ASC class will have a Book Day, Exercise Day, Arts & crafts Day, Movie Day, and a Stem Activity Day. One each day of the week.

  • BLAST Summer Camp Registration

    Please complete online registration and payment to attend BLAST Day Camp and all specialty camps. Enrollment is filled on a first-come, first-served basis with limited space. Camp registration is closed one week prior to start date. If attending a specialty camp and need additional care, sign up for the half day of BLAST Day Camp along with the specialty camp to give your child eight full hours of daily care.

    Non-Full Week and Half Days
    If you are registering for less than a full week of camp, make sure to select which days of the week your camper needs to attend when you are checking out in Active. If needing a mixture of full and half days in a week, select the full day option and add to cart, and before checkout, select the half days you will need, under session options. You do not need to add another tuition for half days in the same week. 

    AGES
    We invite rising PK (3 years old) through rising 8th graders, along with currently enrolled Little Woodland students, to join us. All grades listed are based on Fall 2026. 
    All PK and older campers must be potty-trained.

    DROP OFF
    7:30-8:30 a.m.
    Campers 3 years-8th grade drop off at Point B - back of school; Little Woodland drop off at Plaza—come inside to sign your camper in. All campers must be dropped off at Haygood Gym after 8:30 a.m.

    PICK UP
    Pull into a parking spot outside of the Haygood Gym and walk in to sign your camper out. The gym doors are located on the east side of campus. Doors will be locked, so please ring the bell on the wall outside the glass double doors.

    7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

    NOTE: After 6:00 p.m., a $5-per-minute late fee is charged and must be paid before next attendance. Fees must be paid at the end of the prior week before attending the next camp session.

  • Spring One-Day Classes

    Fairy Garden Friends I $75 I Mrs. Norville I SK-3rd I 3/27 I 3:30-4:45
    Join us for a magical afternoon of creativity at our Fairy Garden Friends class! During this Friday afternoon session, students will design and build their very own miniature fairy garden to take home. Using soil, plants, and a variety of whimsical decorations, children will create a tiny enchanted world perfect for fairies and imagination. This hands-on activity encourages creativity, design thinking, and a love of nature, with all materials included. Spots are limited, so sign up early for this fun spring experience!
     
    Stitch & DIY I $75 I Mrs. Norville I SK-3rd I 4/17 I 3:30-4:45
    Join us for a creative afternoon at our Spring Stitch & DIY Club! Students will learn beginner hand-stitching and simple crafting techniques while creating their own spring-inspired project to take home. Using materials like felt, yarn, and plastic canvas, children will explore basic sewing and needlepoint skills in a fun, supportive environment. This hands-on experience encourages creativity, patience, and pride in making something by hand. No sewing experience is needed—just come ready to create and have fun! All materials are included.
     
    Paint & Snack | $75 | Mrs. Ryan | 3rd-5th | 4/24 I 3:30-5:30
    Join us for a Paint & Snack Day Camp! Students will follow along step by step as we paint together. We will also enjoy a tasty snack while we work on our art pieces. Each student will leave with a finished canvas painting! Register using the button on this page.

    Slime Lab I $50 I Mrs. Norville I PK-1st I 5/8 I 3:30-4:45
    Get ready for a gooey, hands-on science adventure at Slime Lab with Mrs. Norville! Students will become junior scientists as they mix, stretch, and experiment to create their very own custom slime. During this fun-filled session, girls and boys will explore simple chemistry while choosing colors, textures, and fun add-ins to design a slime creation that’s uniquely theirs. Students will leave with their slime to take home and plenty of smiles from this exciting science experience. All materials are included.
  • Spring ETC March 30-May 15

    Lego Club | Mondays | $160 | Mrs. Dixon | SK-4th | 3/30-5/11
    Join us for a fun and creative time building with LEGO bricks! Each week, students will use their imagination and teamwork to complete building challenges, design their own creations, and share ideas with friends. LEGO Club helps kids practice problem-solving, creativity, and cooperation—all while having a blast!

    Green Thumbs | Mondays | $175 | Ms. Jabbour | PK-SK | 3/30-5/11
    I invite your child to experience the award-winning Woodland Garden and participate in hands-on garden projects! Green Thumbs garden club members will enjoy spring in the garden as they plant vegetables and flowers, learn to identify different plant types, and practice garden maintenance, all while experiencing the joy of being outside in our beautiful garden space! 

    Young Einstein's Science Class | Tuesdays | $130 | Mrs. Stockel | PK-SK | 3/31-5/5
    Curious minds, get ready!!!  In Young Einstein's Science Class, learners will explore the world of science through experiments, books, and discovery! Each week, we will have fun diving into new topics that include: Mad Mixtures, Digging into Dinosaurs, Sensational STEM Builders, Water Works, Sensory Science, Bubble Blast, and Edible Science. Join us for all the fun as we wear our lab coats and goggles and have a blast!! Snacks included!!

    Obstacle Mania | Wednesdays | $125 | Wings Gymnastics | PK-SK | 4/1-5/6
    Jump! Duck! Roll! Crawl! Climb! Swing! Each obstacle course will focus on different muscles and skill groups like rolling, jumping, upper-body strength, balance, and body awareness. This fun camp focuses on physical and mental organization along with practical problem-solving. The kids will stay active mentally and physically as they conquer...well...the obstacles! Includes games, obstacle courses, arts and crafts, snacks, awards, and more! Campers should wear leotards or athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. 8:1 camper: teacher ratio.
     
    Comic Book Creator Club | Tuesdays | $150 | Mrs. McKinley | 3rd-8th | 3/31-5/5
    The Comic Book Creator Club invites 3rd–8th grade students to explore the art of visual storytelling through hands-on drawing and writing activities. Participants will learn techniques used by real comic creators and complete several projects of their own. By the end of the session, students will have crafted unique characters, stories, and comics to share.
    $150 - includes tools to create and binding of the final project.

    Lace-Up Life Skills | Thursdays | $200 | Mrs. Ryan & Coach Mak | JK-1st | 4/2-5/7
    In Lace-up Life Skills, kids will practice important everyday skills like tying their shoes, buttoning shirts, zipping coats, using scissors, and more. Each week, we’ll learn through fun games and hands-on activities to help kids feel confident and independent. We hope to see you there!
     
    Fridays In The Garden | Fridays | $25/class | Ms. Jabbour | PK-8th | 4/10-5/15
    Come and see what we do in our Woodland Garden! Friday Gardeners will plant seeds, water, mulch, and weed. They will enjoy all of the garden centers – outdoor kitchen, fairy garden, sand tables, building and climbing area, digging bed, pond, and dinosaur bed. They will benefit from being outside and meeting new friends! We will do some fun projects and help beautify our campus!
  • Spring ETC All-Semester Classes

    Music Lessons With Anne Catherine | 4 lessons per month | $125 per month | Anne Catherine Landsgaard | 1st-8th | All Semester
    Anne Catherine Landsgaard is currently a junior in music therapy at the University of Memphis and has nearly a decade of experience in music. She has had the privilege of coaching Tennessee All-State singers and serving as the soprano section leader.  Additionally, she was a member of the All-West Tennessee and All-State Tennessee choirs for two consecutive years. She has five plus years of experience playing the piano and three years with the guitar. She is also currently serving as the president of the Student Music Therapy Organizations.

    30 Minute Private lessons are scheduled by the instructor and billed monthly through Blackbaud Tuition Management.

    A.C.T.I.O.N. | Wednesdays | Woodland Presbyterian Church | Bettye Sue | SK- 5th | 1/28-5/13
    A.C.T.I.O.N. (Art Choir Theater in One Night) is a ministry of Woodland Presbyterian Church that meets every Wednesday at 5:00 P.M. in the church choir room. We sing, act, create beautiful art projects, study God’s word, and have fun.  There is no charge, and everyone from SK through 5th grade is invited.  Parents may pick up their children at 6:00 P.M.

    Homework Room | M, T, Th | 3rd-8th | All Semester
    A quiet environment to get daily assignments finished. Supervised by a Woodland teacher, students will meet at ASC, have a snack, and then go to their HOMEWORK HOTSPOT classroom. Please note this is NOT a one-on-one tutoring session.
