Growing Young Hearts and Minds
Many "warm" hours were spent by the Gardening Committee in the garden this summer making improvements, weeding, watering, and having fun!
We appreciate the help of a Woodland dad for constructing our new Dynamic Raised Bed for us to use to grow all kinds of plants!
Several groups of gardeners created a wonderful fairy garden full of fairy houses, lush shade plants, and tiny fairys that stimulate imagination and creativity!
On a chilly Saturday work day, 22 volunteers created a meadow area with knolls and a path to run and climb on!
The Green Thumbs created a rainbow shaped garden bed around the edge of the pond.
The Garden Committee and 21 student and family volunteers built a Tennessee shaped garden bed in December 2017.
The Middle School Garden Club created a "bed" shaped garden using an old swing donated by Ms. Goldsmith.
