Monday, August 10 — New Family and LW, PK, JK, SK, 1st and 2nd Grade Orientation
Tuesday, August 11 — Opening Day for LW, PK, JK, SK, and 1st Grade (11:15/11:30 Dismissal), No ASC
Wednesday, August 12 — Opening Day of Classes Grades 2 - 8
Lunch ProgramWoodland utilizes the services of Piccadilly Restaurants to provide our students with daily lunch options. Parents will be given the opportunity in July to order a 5 pack, 20 pack, semester, or yearly lunch plan. Students place lunch orders each day in homeroom. Daily lunch options include a sandwich or hot lunch, drink, and two sides. Questions about the lunch program can be directed to email@example.com. Students in the Little Woodland class bring their own lunches and do not purchase a lunch at school.
Each class will hold a parent meeting at the start of the year. More information can be found online on the school calendar.
Each child should have an updated shot record and birth certificate on file with the school before the first day of school. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
School registration information will be sent via email in June from Amy Smythe, Technology and Communications Director. From there you will fill out student information forms pertaining to your child for the upcoming school year.
• LW, PK, and JK: 8:00-2:45 (1/2 day dismissal time is 11:15)
• SK-8th Grades: 8:00-3:00 (1/2 day dismissal time is 11:30)
• Early room for all students begins at 7:30 a.m.
• Before school care for students is available for students in grades PK-8th grade. Drop off times are from 7:00 to 7:15 a.m. The drop-off location is at the lower gymnasium door. There is a $3 per day fee for Before School Care.

School start-up supplies are covered by the Woodland School Fee. More information can be found here and by clicking on your child's grade to see the supplies listed and covered by the school fee.
Tuition Payment InformationAll families should register with Smart Tuition Payment Management System by going to www.enrollwithsmart.com within 10 days of the signed enrollment contract or additional handling fees will apply. Our school code for SMART is 12565. All Payments must be made using the Smart Tuition Payment Management System. The first payment for all payment plans is due no later than July 15th.For your convenience, extended payment plans begin as early as June 1st. Woodland strongly recommends an ACH bank draft for all monthly payment options in order to avoid late fees and other delays in payment processing. Students in grades SK-8 wear uniforms that are purchased through Lands’ End. Students in PK and JK are required to purchase a cobalt short sleeve polo shirt with the Woodland logo. Please visit our Lands' End site to order uniforms. Please note that light-up shoes are not allowed at school.

Our school website is the place to go for the latest information. A school calendar, teacher web pages, and important information for the school community will be posted on the website. Parents will receive login information the first week of school.
Woodland Parent Organization
The Woodland Parent Organization is an active participant in the life of the school. Quarterly meetings are held during the school year. The WPO hosts various fundraising events during the year as well as activities for students and teachers. Getting involved is a great way to get to know other school parents.
