Welcome to the Woodland Library

    Reading area

Hello!  I am very excited to start another school year in the Woodland library.  I am an avid reader and would like to foster a love of reading in my students.

Students in PK-6th grade visit the library once in the six-day rotation for library lessons and book checkout. Students in 7th and 8th grades may visit the library before or after school and during open circulation times throughout the day. Books may be checked out for a period of one week and may be renewed once returned to the library.

Parents are welcome to stop by the library at any time. The library is located on the second floor adjacent to the church lobby. Library hours are Monday-Friday, 7:40-3:20. The library is closed on B days.  Please contact me at any time via email (khall@woodlandschool.org) if you have any questions or if you would like to volunteer in the library.

Mrs. Kate Hall

Hello!  I am thrilled to be at WPS for an 8th school year. I love to sew, cook, swim, and (of course) read.  Some of my favorite authors are Kate DiCamillo, Beverly Cleary, Kevin Henkes, and Nick Bruel.  Both of my children's names are inspired by characters in children's books.  I feel that if you can't find something you love in the library, you're just not looking in the right section--there's something for everyone here!
