7th & 8th Grade End of Year News
The following is a list of some of the end of the year events and graduation. Please let me know if you have any questions.

•Exams-Tuesday, May 14-Algebra and Latin Exams; Wednesday, May 15-English and Science Exams ; and Thursday, May 16-History Exam

•On Thursday, May 16, 7th grade dismisses at 11:30 from Point C; 8th grade will have graduation rehearsal and will dismiss at 12:30 from Point C. There is no After School Care for 7th and 8th grade students.

•Friday, May 17-Field Day (Full Day)

•Monday, May 20: the 7th and 8th grade will not attend school.

•Tuesday, May 21 is a half day for 7th grade and will dismiss at Point C.

•Tuesday, May 21-8th grade should report to the middle school hall by 5:15 p.m. for a group picture and placement of corsages and boutonnieres. The Baccalaureate and Graduation services are combined and will be held at 6:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the gym for the graduates and their guests.
•All graduation information regarding attire for 8th graders is in the Middle School Guide. The girls should wear white dresses with natural or white colored shoes. Boys should wear dress pants, dress shirt, suit jacket, tie, and dress shoes with socks.
•Wednesday, May 22-The 7th graders will attend school from 9:45-11:30. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend the award ceremony. All 7th graders will be dismissed from Point C at 11:30.

Middle School Sports Physicals
If your middle school student plans to participate in any school sport during the school year, please remember that he/she must have a new sports physical on file before preliminary practices for that sport begin.  You may download the forms online at this link.
